Freesat installation

Freesat offers some BBC and ITV programmes in High Definition and is widely available throughout Yorkshire.

An HD ready TV is required with the use of a HD receiver unless you have a TV with a built in Freesat tuner.

Receivers start from as little as £49.99.

If you want future proofing there are many PVR (recorder) boxes available. ( they have 2 tuners to allow you to record one channel whilst you watch another.)

A satellite dish is required and you can have as many boxes as you like...

Please note that the available channels on Freesat differ from Freeview.

Some channels that are not available on the Freesat platform are Dave, Virgin1, Hallmark, however, you get quite a few more channels and whats great is they are free to view. Please contact me for further details or go to http://www.freesat.co.uk for a full list of current available channels.
